Don't rush! You don't need to show up until the booth is finished. Of course, you’re always welcome to stop by and say hello. We’re on-site managing your trade show from the moment the freight arrives. Watching each piece come off the truck and inspecting for any damage. Our team works directly with union labor so your booth is built efficiently and properly.
Before, after and during show hours, we're always available - 24/7. We'll clean your space every morning and unload access storage pallets. We can act as brand ambassadors, supply much needed coffee, lunch and even provide overnight security. You'll NEVER get sent to voicemail!
When the show ends - you leave. We can coordinate your car service or drive you ourselves. Otherwise, our job is to get your booth taken down and carefully packaged for outbound shipping. We also happily coordinate shipments on your behalf. Whether it’s your merchandise or personal belongings. Once tear down is complete, we turn in all your shipping forms and immediately email you with tracking information.
