Who is Beverly Hills Polo Club?

Beverly Hills Polo Club is an internationally registered trademark identified with quality and status in the apparel industry. Beverly Hills Polo Club was originally conceived in the United States as a novelty logo silk screened on basic sweats. Because of the tremendous response from consumers and the retailing community, it has developed into a fashion line. Today Beverly Hills Polo Club has become an attitude and a lifestyle. It embodies the lifestyle of California sunshine that everyone thinks of when they see the words “Beverly Hills”. It puts the word “fun” back into fashion. Naturally, they would want to be an exhibitor at the Licensing Expo where they reached out to Marketing Genome for a trade show booth rental.

The Licensing Expo Booth Project

Marketing Genome was asked to bring the Beverly Hills Polo Club brand to life at the annual Licensing Expo, better known as LIMA. This four-day event held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV is one of the world’s largest brand and property marketplaces. With hundreds of exhibitors seeking the attention of retailers, manufacturers and marketers it was paramount that they were represented with a quality trade show booth rental that set them apart from the competition. Not only do we have a large inventory of modular and pre-fabricated exhibit rentals, but we can also custom fabricate trade show booths and other displays to give you the perfect combination of rental/purchase. This was the case for this 10 x 20 corner booth that brought more immersive elements into the space.

Creating the Trade Show Booth

Beverly Hills Polo Club has a very distinct and recognizable culture and lifestyle behind its products. Our approach was to create a trade show booth environment from top to bottom that would bring that culture to the forefront of our messaging. Making sure that even in this modest size exhibit space that it was on brand and simply different.

This trade show booth rental was defined with a large sweeping graphic, utilizing dye-sublimation printing on high-quality tension fabric and wrapped around an aluminum tubing frame. Custom benches for product display, faux grass flooring, wooden fencing and actual hay bales added to the feeling of being at a Polo match. The attention to detail and consistency of brand messaging made for a huge hit for our friends at Beverly Hills Polo Club!
